Proposed Redevelopment of the Entertainment Quarter

 

The NSW Government has announced it is commencing an open tender process for the redevelopment of the Entertainment Quarter (EQ).

While the tender is underway, the precinct will continue to be managed by Carsingha Investments.

Carsingha congratulates Premier Minns, Minister Graham and Minister Scully for their ambition to transform EQ into a world-class destination. This announcement highlights the Minns Government’s commitment to strengthening Sydney’s position as Australia’s number one entertainment and tourism destination and the best city in the world.

Carsingha will participate in the tender process. We will present a proposal reflecting our passion for EQ and our commitment to working with the Government to deliver a world-class precinct for Sydney, NSW and Australia. We will continue our close relationship with the community.

While the tender is underway, we will operate the precinct as usual. We have an exciting calendar of activities and events coming up, including the Halloween Family Festival, the Sam Fender concert and the Ministry of Sound classical concert. Find out more about what’s on at EQ here.
